🔁 Return & Refund Policy

As our products are made to order, returns or exchanges are allowed only under the following conditions:

✅ Eligible for Free Replacement

You received a damaged or defective item.

You received the wrong product or size.

There is a print or manufacturing issue.

To request a replacement, contact us within 7 days of delivery at [your email] with your order ID and clear photos showing the issue. Once approved, we will send a replacement at no additional cost.

❌ Not Eligible for Return or Exchange

You ordered the wrong size or color.

You changed your mind after placing the order.

Minor color differences caused by screen brightness.

Please check size charts and product details before ordering.

❌ Cancellation Policy

Orders can be canceled within 6 hours of placing the order. Once the order goes into production, it cannot be canceled or changed.

🔁 Return & Refund Policy

We have a 4 day return/exchange policy, which means you have 4 days after receiving your item to request a return/exchange. Once the return/exchange is approved it will be delivered in 7-10 business days.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be credited within 10-15 days.
